BADGER METER DECLARES
REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Milwaukee, Wis., February 12, 2010….The Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share to shareholders of record February 26, 2010, payable March 15, 2010.
This is the same amount voted in the previous quarter.
