ITRON's Water and Gas AMR Systems
Proven and Preferred Coast to Coast. Badger’s integrated family of products for water and gas AMR is the ITRON® system, incorporating the latest RF technology. There are good reasons why it has more installed units in North America than any other — its field-proven performance, reliability, and flexibility.
Water and Gas Functionality Saves Cost. The system simultaneously collects meter readings for water and gas utilities using the Mobile Collector interrogator (capable of reading 10,000 readings in an 8-hour shift), or an ITRON FC200 handheld computer. It will also communicate with ITRON fixed network systems. MV-RS software completes the system, assuring that all data is processed according to your needs, providing accurate, timely billing and reporting information, while eliminating costly redundancy.
Badger® Quality Assures Years of Reliable Service. Badger Meter offers connectivity to all of Itron’s Mobile Radio Frequency transmitters including the 50W and new 60W water endpoint. Badger’s water endpoint solution is installed with either of Badger’s family of encoder registers including the industry leading Recordall® Transmitter Register (RTR®) or the Absolute Digital Encoder (ADE®). To ensure reliability, all water endpoints are factory programmed and assembled and can be configured to all of Badger’s Disc, Turbo, Compound, Magnetoflow® and Fire Series Meters Assemblies.
