What can I expect to receive before my scheduled course?
- An email confirmation will be sent within 48 hours confirming receipt of the registration form and payment.
- A confirmation letter with course schedule, maps and a hotel list will be sent in the mail.
- Actual course materials will be distributed at training.
How do I cancel out of a Badger training course?
If you need to cancel out of a Badger training course, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at kjohnson@badgermeter.com. Registrants who cancel 10 business days prior to the first day of the course will receive a 100% refund of the standard course fee. Registrants who cancel 10 business days or less prior to the first day of the course date are subject to a service charge of 100% of the standard course fee. This service charge can be applied to a future course date.
What is the Badger course cancellation policy?
While every attempt is made to provide classes as scheduled, occasionally it becomes necessary to cancel a scheduled class. All scheduled courses are subject to cancellation. Badger Meter reserves the right to cancel a course 10 business days prior to the first day of the course. Registrants of any course that Badger Meter cancels will automatically be enrolled in the next available class unless you would like a refund which would be 100% of the fee. Badger Meter is NOT liable for any customer expenses incurred prior to cancelled courses.
Will there be hands-on sessions?
Yes, the majority of courses offer hands-on sessions. When needed, you will be provided with a PC in order to participate in hands-on software training. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your laptop loaded with the appropriate Badger Meter software.
How should I dress?
The dress code is casual and dress comfortably. Given fluctuations in air conditioning temperatures, you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
May I pre-register for training classes without immediate payment?
Badger does not allow pre-registrations for classes without payment. All classes must be secured at the time of registration with the proper full payment. Each confirmed registrant is designated an attendee at the time of registration and is assigned resources until proper cancellation is provided.
Are operator credits available for this class?
