Important Staff and Communication Updates
For those of you who don’t know him yet, I’d like to introduce Judson Luke, Director – Customer Experience at Badger Meter. He’s been responsible for our utility service and support, and recently became responsible for our Flow Instrumentation service and support team. I’m writing today to make you aware of a change to the Flow Instrumentation customer service and support department. For those of you who might have worked directly with her, Christine Tuttle is no longer with Badger Meter.
I recognize that we have had a number of changes in this area over the recent past, and for some of you this change will come as a surprise. We are committed to being easier to do business with, and resolving more customer needs on the first contact. We will be announcing additional changes in the near future. We know these changes will be to everyone’s benefit.

Katie Stenavich continues to supervise the team. You can also contact your RSM and if you need, you can always contact me and Judson with anything else you want to share with us.
