ERGONOMIC CONCRETE VIBRATORS AND SCREED BARS
Wyco®, a division of Badger Meter, is a leading manufacturer of a broad line of durable concrete consolidation tools and concrete vibrators for the most demanding applications in the concrete industry. Our products include handheld electric and portable gas-powered vibrators, as well as hydraulic vibrators for paving machines. Wyco® vibrator heads feature the square head design for faster consolidation and more external surface area coverage.
Is a backpack concrete vibrator that offers an ergonomic design where the engine weight is properly supported by the operator's hips. The ErgoPack® improves overall job site productivity by delaying operator fatigue, discouraging injury-prone postures, and ultimately making a hard day's work just a little more comfortable.
The Screed King is easy to use and saves time and manpower while providing the best finished concrete quality. The unique power bar and power transfer system produces a high-frequency vibration that eliminates the honeycomb effect and reduces finishing time. Screed boards are available in multiple lengths from 4 to 20 feet. Screed King also allows one person to do the work of two in less time as compared to traditional 2x4 screeding.

Concrete vibrators, or also called internal vibrators and bottle vibrators, are used for concrete finishing. The concrete vibrator generates permanent vibrations, forcing air bubbles in the concrete to rise above the surface. The efficiency and performance of the internal vibrators is of great importance, since the consolidation time can thus be extremely reduced. Not only the square design of the vibrator head, but also the highest-efficiency motors of the Wyco® products ensure an enormous time saving, which means that much more concrete can be finished at the same time.
