By placing this order, you (the Customer) acknowledge and accept that the items on the referenced purchase order are both NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE (NCNR). By purchasing these products, you agree to the following terms in addition to Badger Meter’s standard Sales Terms and Conditions:

The purchase order for these products cannot be cancelled. Changes cannot be made to the purchase order schedule without prior approval by Badger Meter. No shipment release dates can be scheduled beyond one year from the original purchase order date. The products (unless defective) cannot be returned to Badger Meter. The customer accepts full responsibility for the suitability for use of these parts within the application. Should any product defects be found, Badger Meter will fully credit for two years after shipment.
