Return of Goods

A product needs to be shipped back?

If you need to return goods to us for repair, calibration or whatever reason, please use our request form for product returns.

We do not accept shipments without RMA number (see "Claims return form") nor do we open parcels which do not have the harmlessness declaration duly filled fixed outside of the package.

Undeclared goods will be sent back to the sender at their charge.

To protect the health of our employees, we reserve the right to prosecute if an incorrect declaration has been made in the harmlessness declaration.
