NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE (NCNR)
The purchase order for these products cannot be cancelled. Changes cannot be made to the purchase order schedule without prior approval by Badger Meter. No shipment release dates can be scheduled beyond one year from the original purchase order date. The products (unless defective) cannot be returned to Badger Meter. The customer accepts full responsibility for the suitability for use of these parts within the application. Should any product defects be found, Badger Meter will supply a replacement device of the most current technology at no charge to the Customer for such Replacement devices during the first two (2) years after shipment.
