With five established global technology centers, we are the leading provider of smart water offerings encompassing flow measurement and water quality solutions, applications and technology. We invest heavily in Research & Development and engineering to lead the way in water technologies, allowing us to be the first-to-market provider of cellular-based communication solutions, ultrasonic flow measurement and optical water quality monitoring. Badger Meter recognizes the hard work of our teams with annual Technical Achievements Awards, identifying individuals and project teams who have succeeded in bringing innovation to the market.

Our Commitment to ESG

There is nothing more important to us at Badger Meter than protecting the world’s resources. We are a founding member of the Water Council and major supporter of numerous organizations and efforts to promote water conservation and sustainability across the globe. It is our goal to reduce wastes and emissions, minimize adverse environmental impacts and promote resource conservation at all of our production and sales operations worldwide. We have a 15% carbon emission intensity reduction goal by 2030, have 700kW onsite solar energy usage, and approximately 98.5% of the bronze housings used in production are made from recycled material. The goal of our real-time digital water offerings is to empower our customers to make smarter operational decisions with positive sustainability benefits. Once you’ve completed the online application, our team of talent acquisition specialists will review your qualifications and see if you’re the right fit. If selected for an interview, you’ll be contacted by a talent acquisition specialist for an introductory phone call to learn more about your qualifications, and they will share additional information about our culture and the role you’ve applied for. The interview process varies for the role and location but typically there will be one or two additional interviews with the hiring manager and colleagues to further review your experience and behavioral preferences.

Following the final round of interviews, the talent acquisition team will contact you to let you know if we will be extending an offer.

Once you’ve accepted an offer, you’ll work with our talent acquisition team to determine your start date and complete the required pre-employment work. On your first day, you’ll attend our New Hire Orientation and get set up with the equipment necessary to be successful in your new role.
