By combining technology from Badger Meter, ATi and s::can, another water quality company acquisition, we now offer enhanced solutions with actionable data to help our customers measure both water flow and quality to protect resources for a smarter future.
ATi developed the industry’s first-ever range of smart network monitors, including the MetriNet multiparameter water quality monitor, SiteBox portable water quality monitor and control system, NephNet portable turbidity monitor with Bluetooth® and ChlorNet continuous battery-powered monitor for chlorine levels. Through smart-sensor technology, these products help users manage networks proactively, protect water quality and comply with industry standards.
MetriNet is at the forefront of these network monitoring solutions. This low-power, modular system monitors up to eight different parameters and provides reliable collection and transmission of the acquired data. At the heart of this system are interchangeable M-Nodes, which house a complete sensor and transmitter in a miniaturized body. M-Nodes operate as independent modules that can be linked to a communication bus.
ATi monitoring instruments also bring better control to water and wastewater treatment processes with solutions including the Q-Series online water quality monitors and the EchoSmart and FilterSmart sludge blanket monitors.
ATi is one of the only companies in the world to design, manufacture and distribute analytical instruments based on electrochemical and optical sensors. It specializes in gas monitors, such as a toxic gas detector used to measure toxic gases and oxygen in hazardous conditions, and portable gas leak detectors for performing regular leak checks in hard-to-access areas.
Many ATi gas detection solutions use the H-Series smart sensor modules. Each sensor module is actually a sensor, amplifier and memory module in one compact package. Because of this design, sensor modules can be calibrated independently and simply plugged into any detector for immediate use. These sensors are interchangeable among the D16 PortaSens portable gas leak detector, F12 toxic gas detector, IsoMon hydrogen peroxide monitor and D12 toxic and combustible gas detector.
Also, fixed-point gas detectors are available with Auto-Test, a unique sensor verification system that tests itself daily to ensure operability of the entire gas detection system and provides a record of all results.
