BEACON® AMA Software Training

Instructor-led live, online group courses designed for users who already know the basics and are looking to expand on their understanding of the BEACON Advanced Metering Analytics software suite features and functions. Attendance is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Session Length: 60-90 minutes on average

This session covers managing the Utility's EyeOnWater users, including: enabling access to more than one Meter/Account; removing access to an account; and EOW analytics functions.

This refresher course will focus on the System Sync process, specifically the exceptions, warnings, and errors, and how to troubleshoot file issues.

ORION® Mobile Read and Field Director - Q&A and Route Reading Refresher

This session is geared towards BEACON Mobile users who have questions about the OMR and Field Director systems - with a brief refresher of a route reading cycle presented.

Customer Product Training

This training allows Utilities to learn more about usage and optimization of Badger Meter hardware and software products, network with other Utility products users and Badger Meter representatives, and learn in a hands-on group learning environment.

All events will be held in-person at Badger Meter in Milwaukee. The trainings could go virtual if COVID protocols dictate. Registration is required. Login information will be provided 1-week prior to the event.

Fees:

There is a $500 per registrant, per training fee. Fee includes access to all sessions and tours, daily snacks, beverages and lunch, group dinner Tuesday evening, electronic copy of session presentations and Badger Meter swag.

Attendees are responsible for all related travel expenses.
