Customer Product Training FAQ'sWhat is the daily schedule for Customer Product Training (CPT)?
Training day begins at 8:00am and concludes at 4:00pm, with several breaks throughout the day.Are meals included?
Your course fee includes light snacks, beverages and lunches during the event, and a Customer Appreciation Dinner the first evening.What can I expect before I arrive?
Registrants will receive an email confirming their online CPT registration, a confirmation number and other helpful information. The confirmation number can be used to view or adjust registration, if needed. Approximately one week before the event, registrants will receive an email containing a QR code to be used upon arrival at Badger Meter.How do I cancel my registration for a Badger Meter Customer Product Training course?
Access your event registration online and select Modify Registration. You may cancel your registration using the onscreen cancellation instructions. A refund will be processed to your credit card within 48-hours of cancellation.What is the Badger Meter class cancellation policy?
While every attempt is made to provide classes as scheduled, occasionally it becomes necessary to cancel a scheduled event. Badger Meter reserves the right to cancel 10 business days prior to the first day of the event. Registrants of any course that Badger Meter cancels will automatically be enrolled in the next available class unless you would like a full refund. Badger Meter is NOT liable for any customer expenses incurred prior to cancelled courses.Will there be hands-on sessions?
Yes! The Customer Product Training class includes a number of hands-on learning opportunities for attendees. If time allows, we will try to accommodate one-on-one training as well.How should I dress?
The dress code is casual. Close-toed shoes are required for the factory and Hydro Lab toursMay I pre-register for training classes without immediate payment?
Badger Meter does not allow pre-registrations for classes without payment. All classes must be secured at the time of registration with the proper full payment. Each confirmed registrant is designated an attendee at the time of registration and is assigned resources until proper cancellation is provided.Are operator credits available for this class?
Each state has their own requirements for accepting operator credits. Attendees should review their state’s requirements and be prepared to request any needed documentation from Badger Meter while attending CPT.
