Portable Small Meter Tester (PSMT)

The Portable Small Meter Tester (PSMT) includes a test meter with control valves, hose connections, fittings and pressure gauge. Meter tests can be done without removing them from service. The inlet control valve ensures an accurate test start and stop. A globe valve downstream from the meter allows flow rate adjustment during testing. Connection to the PSMT is made using standard 3/4 in. male hose connections located on the exterior of the case. Two 3/4 x 39 in. metal-reinforced flexible hoses are provided for easy field connections.

F6600 Series Display

Flo-tech digital displays are designed for use with Flo-tech Activa, Ultima and Classic Flow Meters, but can be used with any frequency or analog output flow meter. The displays are powered by an AC or DC power source, and can be configured with a variety of communication protocols and units of measure. Basic functions include flow, temperature and pressure indication, totalization, alarm processing, and process control.

Portable Large Meter Tester (PLMT)

The Portable Large Meter Tester (PLMT) was designed for periodic accuracy testing of your large field meters to make sure you are billing for accurate usage. Easily transportable from site to site, the tester is a specialized adaptation of the standard FHM meter, incorporating both a high flow meter and a Model 25 bypass meter for measuring low flows. The optional electronic resettable registers on each meter provide rate of flow and totalization. Optional connections are available to meet any hydrant specification.

The High Resolution Pulse scaled register (HR-LCD Pulse) is a fully electronic, solid-state register with no moving parts. It is designed for use with all current Badger Meter Recordall® Disc Series, Turbo Series and Compound Series meters. These solid-state units produce a scaled output.
