By submitting this request for a loaner Custom IR Communication Device (fob) for ORION ME / SE endpoints, you (the Customer) acknowledge and accept the following terms. The device will be received at no charge for 45 days. If a customer keeps the loaner equipment longer than 45 days, a rental fee of $500 will be charged to the customer. A $500 rental fee will also be incurred for each additional 45-day period the customer is in possession of the loaner equipment. The Badger Meter Tech Support team, on a case-by-case basis, must approve all exceptions.

This device may only be used on ORION ME / SE endpoints. Use on devices other than ORION ME / SE endpoints may have adverse effects. Badger Meter is not liable for improper use and the adverse effects caused by such use.

Badger Meter, Inc. will be responsible for the shipping costs of the device to and from the customer. Customer is responsible for maintenance and care of the device during its use. Any damage to the device that is found upon return to Badger Meter shall be charged to the customer at the cost of repair or replacement of the device.
